Why wont microsoft respond to me and what can I do?

A little over a year ago I hopped on minecraft with some friends and noticed i was banned from hypixel for having my account hacked. I changed my password and started to play again. Fast forward to January I want to play some sea of thieves so I try to hop on and notice my account is locked. Confused on why and assuming it was because my account had been hacked a couple months before i did a request and waited a couple days. I got no response and so I contacted support. They said sorry there is nothing I can do, but you can put in another request. So I continue to do another request and after submitting it, it tells me do not submit more than one request as it may cause delays. I told the lady this and she seemed confused. I continued to wait for a response for 11 months putting in more requests along the way and have not received a single response from microsoft other than my confirmation emails. I have put a lot of money into this account and have no idea why my account was banned. The lady showed me the possible reasons and I have never used my account for more than minecraft sea of thieves and various games, nothing there applied to anything ive ever done. I completely feel as though microsoft did this and does not care remotely what happens to my account and just expects me to pay for their games again. I just want a response if I did something unknowingly and broke the rules fine by it. But I am 100% certain I did not break the terms of service. The last person I spoke to Roy Oliver on support gave me no help and told me to put in another request because they had not responded in the time frame. It is absolutely insane they continue to tell me to do something that the website says not to.

Am I absolutely insane or is it unacceptable that I have not gotten any response in 11 months. Again I just want information and to know something is happening Roy continued to tell me not to worry but after 11 months of nothing I deserve to worry.
