Why won't Microsoft listen to me?

I and seems many others have been having issues with Xbox original games not installing on the Xbox 360. We keep getting told various reasons, internet connections, server problems, blah blah blah. But one thing they won't do is admit they are to blame for
the issues. Blaming your customers for what is clearly a problem at Microsoft's end, does not make for good customer relations.

The games that have issues are all Xbox Original games that have been released since after the releases of Kotor 1 and Morrowind. The older Xbox original games don't appear to have the same problems (the ones priced at £6.75 old money). These games are listed
as "Xbox original games" when downloading them from the store. The recent batch of Xbox Original games are listed as "Xbox 360 games" These games across the board seem to always download upto 80% and usually stop downloading. The file reads as corrupted. Now
why don't Microsoft just look at these games and try to fix them or delete them from the 360 store? Is because they are so desperate for money that they just let people keep buying these broken games or is it because they don't care about their loyal customers?
Very few people seem to have had this thing resolved and few seem to have been offered a refund, myself included. I have been extremely patient and I just wanted this sorted.

But unfortunately, I'm done with Microsoft. My next console will either be made by Sony or Nintendo. You just lost a customer who has spent tons on games and has bought your consoles since day one.

Microsoft won't listen to customer feedback, they are set in their ways, unfortunate circumstances I know, but they may listen to Developers, if devs don't like the console why develop for a console with so much negative points that has too many restrictions.

Sorry for your frustration with the issue of the backward compatible games. I have read a few threads with this issue. Unfortunately there is no explanation as of yet as to why they aren't working. I do know that if the HD is not a Microsoft HHD in the 360's
they wont install. Also if you are trying to install it directly to the 360 and not a HHD it wont work. It needs the HDD installed.

As for refunds if it is not working there are two ways you can try to get one. One is

requesting refund on website. The other way is to request a call back from a support agent.

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks
• Step 3-----select games
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain thee issue and they will be able to help you.
