Why won’t Left 4 Dead work?

I purchased Left 4 Dead some time ago on my Xbox One. I now have a series s and went through the app to get it on console and it said I don’t have rights to play the game (which I should since I PURCHASED the game). I uninstalled the first left 4 dead in hopes of reinstalling it and now it won’t even let me reinstall it. I really love these games and now I can’t even play them even though I own them. Can we please get this figured out soon?

Hello I’m also trying to buy left 4 dead but it doesn’t work it says you have no valid payment options it keeps saying that. I have the money but it just won’t work I have Xbox series s.

I was reading online that there appears to be a L4D3 in the works. "A few players of Dota 2, another successful title from Valve, were lucky enough to tour the development studio’s facilities. During this time, they took snapshots of various computer monitors.
