    WHY WONT IT WORK


    Hi guys, I have an issue with worms WMD,every time the game starts and gets to the press A screen it crashes

    I know the problem is with the syncing feature as I can play it on other profiles and when my friends use my account on their Xbox they get the same issue

    I’ve deleted my data, reset my Xbox, cleared the cache, reset the MAC address, reset my router, reinstalled the game I’ve basically had enough, I called MS support several times but they’ve told me it’s an issue with the game, IT LITERALLY ISNT, as I can play it while offline

    If anyone knows how to fix this syncing data issue, then you’re a godsend

    Hello доя, From your description I see that you have already contacted Xbox support, they have the tools and information to better help you.

    However, I see that you have already tried several procedures on your console and even on your modem/router.

    As you mention that it might be something about synchrony, try routing your mobile phone's 3g/4g network and connecting the Xbox through it and see if the game can sync.
