    Why won’t it sign me into Minecraft on playstation


    I’m on PlayStation and I’ve been trying to sign into Minecraft for months now but nothing works and It seems impossible to contact a real human being at Microsoft. When I go onto Minecraft and click on the ‘sign in with Microsoft account’ I see the QR code and link to Microsoft login. Once I go onto the website and sign in, it tells me that I’m all signed into Minecraft and I can close the window. But nothing happens, it doesn’t sign me into Minecraft and when I try again it’s just an endless loop of the same. Can someone either tell me how to fix this or show me how to contact a support member. This is the most frustrating issue and Microsoft is of no help at all

    Ok so I can login on the Microsoft home page and Xbox but if I go to the Xbox app on computer it won’t let me sign in same if I go into Minecraft the game it won’t let me sign in also sorry for the late reply

    because minecraft is microsoft/xbox, to sign into minecraft you sign into xbox live, even on playstation.
