    why won't it open


    this whole system is becoming a pain in the butt. First Solitaire Collection refuses to load on my computer & now Microsoft Jigsaw

    Won't open

    None of the Microsoft games will open. Jigsaw, mahjong, solitare and bingo. I've played all of them, finished daily's for November. Only played once or twice in December before everything stopped opening up.

    Thank you so much for the update. You can also perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    " 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

    Why won't my fortnite open?

    It opens to the loading screen, says connecting then stops and just kicks me out. I've factory rest. Cleared cache. I am re-downloading for the 2nd time.

    That seems odd...I'm sure I've gone down there before beating the firesage, and was able to open the door to Lost Izalith. I can't think of why yours won't open...
