Why won't it let me sign in to request a repair

Hello, so about a month ago, my Xbox One broke and I'm just now getting around to fix it. I have everything all ready in a box ready to go, but the Microsoft website is being dumb and not letting me request a repair.

So basically I made a forum about what to do and somebody replied and told me a step by step process on how to fix my Xbox. I click on the link that says "request repair". And then it tells me to sign in. Here is where my problem lies, I go from signed in
from the Xbox site, to not signed in on the Microsoft website. Which I guess, makes sense because they're two different websites.

But every time I click sign in to request a repair, NOTHING happens. It just refreshes the same exact page, and I click sign in again, refreshes, then again, refreshes, then again and nothing works. I click Sign In in the top right hand corner, I think i
type all of my stuff in and sign in and nothing works. I just simply cannot sign into the website and it's annoying because this should't be happening.
Is there an easier way to request a repair? Or is it just a broken link and I am stuck. I wish I could attach a video to show you what I mean. Hopefully this makes some sense.

my internet is great with xbox, everything is working fine. i just cannot sign-in to this account on my console? it been this way for 8 hours.
