    Why won't it let me refund a game.


    As per request of my friend, I bought dark souls 3 while it was on a half price discount, it was a recent buy (1-2 days) and I played it for around an hour and a half and barely got any progress. I'm pissed off that I can't refund a game that I have barely any time or achievements in. Is it because I bought it on discount, or because 45 gamerscore is too much to refund a game. I am not happy with my purchase and I would like to refund the game, I have already sent multiple refund appeals and emails to Microsoft help to get them to refund my game. Someone please help me with my problem.

    If a refund request was denied, the only option to appeal that decision is to reply to the email informing you of the refund denial, if they have rejected that appeal, unfortunately there is no other way to force a refund.

    Remember that this is a public forum and I'm an ordinary user just like you, I'm not part of Microsoft's technical support team, so I don't have access to the system to help you beyond the information I have provided.

    Hello Mt, If you filled out the refund request form and your request was not approved, unfortunately we here in the community are unable to help you with these issues.

    The refund department is a separate offline department, which can only be contacted via the email sent to you in response.

    And unfortunately not even Xbox support can help you in this case
