    Why won't either of my series x xbox' connect to 360 servers?


    I have two series x consoles in my house (two kids plus two consoles equals fewer arguments). Today my youngest wanted to play a 360 game on his profile but when trying to download his profile I kept getting an error saying my network connection had failed. I've tried both consoles and received the same message. I've cleared the cache, tried hard reset on the consoles, changed dns settings to fixed as per another post on here, changed from 5ghz to 2.4ghz, changed firewall settings in the router. I'm running out of options and patience with this issue. Any insights you lovely people might have would be really appreciated

    The servers are currently down for the Xbox 360. There is no ETA on when they will be back up.

    Thanks for your help. I tried looking for any information on the servers being down but was unsuccessful. Hopefully they'll be back up soon so my youngest can get gaming 😄

    Same here.

    I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

    Also Tetris connected won't open either.
