    Why won't cloud work anymore?


    I have played on the cloud for a while now. I played it on my old phone for a while then once I got my new phone(it worked till I updated the new phone) it doesn't want to work anymore. I tried clearing the cache. It didn't work also I tried reinstalling the app twice, and restarting my phone.

    Thank you so much. Do you have another phone that you can try to use? Just to try and install an Xbox Game Pass app and validate if it will work from there.
