Why won’t certain items from the Minecraft Marketplace import to my Xbox One?

There are currently 2 items from the Minecraft Marketplace that always fail to import to my Xbox One, the 2 items are the Addon Tinkers’ Construct and the Texture Pack Actions & Stuff. Whenever I try to download them they get through the download phase but always fail during the importing phase. I have done everything short of deleting Minecraft and reinstalling it, I’ve restarted the game, I’ve cleared every cache, I’ve restarted my console, I’ve even done a hard restart by unplugging it for a minute. It has to be an issue with my console because I am experiencing none of this on the Minecraft I have on both my phone and my Nintendo Switch and both systems are connected to the same account as my Xbox. I need help and this is the last place I can think of that can help me

Together with Mojang support I found out the problem why I do not manage to import my saved worlds on my Xbox One X in the online purchased version of Minecraft.

The Minecraft Xbox One version that you can buy online in the Microsoft store is a different version than the Minecraft Xbox One version you buy in the store (DVD). The online version is the so-called Minecraft (bedrock code base on xbox one) version.

To import the saved worlds, you first need to export the worlds on the Xbox 360 Minecraft version, import them into the Minecraft Xbox One Edtion import and then import old worlds into the Minecraft bedrock codebase version. (Minecraft Xbox 360 -> Minecraft
Xbox One Edtion -> Minecraft Xbox bedrock codebase).

You end up with a version that you do not use, but you can then sell it via e-bay to fellow gamers who have the same problem.

So it is possible and fortunately not as Microsoft indicated earlier that the worlds would be lost.

Sometimes when the system is overloaded with request it might prevent certain players from downloading purchased items.

Your space is more than enough seeing as Minecraft does not take much space. One of the smallest games on my console.

Hi,

I'm sorry but no one here would be able to tell you why a certain game is not on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. There's certain restrictions that are in place by governments, and it seems that everyone has to come to some sort of an agreement. You're better off
contacting the publisher to find out why the piece of content you're inquiring about is not on the marketplace.

Hey, how are you? Hope you are fine! Sad that you’re experiencing that type of problem, but I think, that may be because of different versions of the game, maybe try to download the other version of Minecraft besides of the “Xbox One Edition” ( Wich doesn’t
have any more patches if I’m correct..), and try again! Hope you can fix your problem!
