Why won't Alex season 19 launch ?

Have you tried doing a power cycle, then try playing the game? To power cycle, press and hold the power button on the console until it turns off, then wait 10 secs and turn back on. Then try your game again.

I've followed that entire double shooting guide. I've power [Mod Removed- Profanity]
the system. I've installed the update (which solved this issue in the past) I've reinstalled the game nothing I working. I am
[Mod Removed- Profanity] off this is the second time I've had this problem with this game. got any better ideas?

Yes I have tried that and it still doesn't launch.
