Why when you purchase Tokens it doesn't come onto my account?

when you go to the forza 4 market place u will see the option for car tokens click on that and then it will come up with the option to buy 1,6 or 13 token click how much u want and then it will come up to confirm purchase hope this helps you

That doesn't make any sense then why this would've happened. When I called to put it onto my account, it kept giving some kind of error code, telling them it couldn't be placed onto my account until after my current pre-paid 12 month live subscription had
ended, so nothing on my end was at fault.

Hi everyone! I've been experiencing the same issue when trying to purchase The Witcher 3. I was thinking about contacting support, but then I said: "Hey, let me try something else before that, if it still doesn't work I'll contact the guys". So I went on
my account, removed the credit card from my account, made sure the region of the account and of the content I was trying to purchase were correct and re-added my credit card to the account. After that I went to purchase the game again. What do you know, it
worked!

Just give it a go guys, if it still doesn't work I guess the next best thing is to purchase the content that you want from a shop as a code or token.
