Why when pressing down shift + W 1 and 2 keys don't work?

I would say the only other option would be to reset your operational system. You will not lose your files, games and apps. It will just replace all Windows system files with new ones so any corrupted file that could make your keyboard driver not work as expected will be replaced.

Please go to Start > Settings (the gear icon) > Update & security > Recovery > Reset this PC. Choose Get started > Keep your files > Download from cloud > Follow the instructions.

So this issue occurs only on the wired keyboard, right? Your laptop's keyboard work just fine, right?

In this case, I would suggest you to uninstall your keyboard driver and install it again. Please go to Start > Search and click on Device manager > Find your keyboard driver > Right-click on it > Select uninstall > Disconnect the keyboard from your pc > Restart your PC > Connect the keyboard again and wait until the driver is installed again.

Do you have other keyboard to test it? Maybe this issue is related to a hardware issue and something may be wrong with your keyboard circuit. You can try downloading a keyboard test software, such as Keyboard Test Utility to test your keyboard keys.

Thank you for replying Lucas, i'm testing this keyboard on my laptop so, yes i have another keyboard and i already tested it to see if it was my laptop or the keyboard but the problem only appears to occur on the keyboard and i have tested a lot of programs but it's like it doesn't detect it or something i don't know, please help me out of this.
