Why when I try to make a pin it doesn’t let me

If I try to send a post on my phone, it doesn’t go through. If I try to send I post and *pin* it, it crashes my phone. If I try to send it through the console, it doesn’t I go through. If I try to send it *pinned* through the Xbox console it works.

@TheMercyWolf, I’m having the same problem as well for my club, if I try to send a post on my phone, it doesn’t go through. If I try to send a post and *pin* it to the top of the activity feed, it crashes my phone. If I try to send it through the console,
it doesn’t I go through. If I try to send it *pinned* while using the the Xbox console itself it works.

I’m pretty sure it is but even when I enter different emails it still doesn’t work. I don’t know why it won’t let me continue.

That doesn’t make sense to me because when this all started to happen I had Xbox live gold, now I have just gamepass and it’s still happening. Do I need to buy Xbox Live Gold to play or should the gamepass subscription let me play multiplayer? One more thing when I accept an invite from a friend it sends me to the “Choose your plan” screen and doesn’t show Xbox Live Gold it only shows Xbox Ultimate, why is that?
