    Why when i try to login into my minecraft accounton ps5 it says there is another account...


    Every single time i try to play minecraft on my ps5 it gives me the screen there is already another microsoft account connected to the playstation network when there was no history of minecraft on a playstation i have never tried to login on playstation before i had one what can i do?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You may need to sign in using all Microsoft accounts that you own, Kenyon. You may have forgotten that you have linked your PlayStation network on a different Microsoft account before.

    I can't sign into my ps4 Microsoft account on minecraft.

    So I'm linked into the Ps5 account? And I'm not trying link another Microsoft account to my ps4, I'm trying to get into my Microsoft account that have my Email address linked to it.

    I just don't understand why minecraft Microsoft account can't be unlinked? I'll have to pay for another minecraft Microsoft account if I can't get my original email address that I've veen using.

    I logged out of Minecraft on PS5 as I wanted to change my gamertag. I did this, then tried to log back on. It won't let me do this, despite only my Gamertag changing.

    Hi, yes it does. It shows the new gamertag. However, when I try to log in to Minecraft on the PS5 it says I already have an account linked, showing my previous gamertag.
