Why when I go to buy a game I get the error of "can not process your payment"?

It's my first purchase with a credit card and I skip that error "you can not process your payment" if someone knows the solution please tell me

You said that this is your first purchase with the card.

Is this the first purchase ever with the card? Or your first purchase with Microsoft with this card?

If it is your first purchase ever you may want to make sure the card is activated too.

 

It may be that your bank is rejecting the purchase.
I recommend that you communicate with them to give you more information.

To add on to what the others have said, you might want to contact your card issuer as well jut to make sure they aren't blocking the transaction.

 

A lot of times to make sure the card is in the correct persons hands the bank will make the account owner call a number to activate the card before it can be used so I was seeing if that was possibly what may be going on here if this was the first time
you were using the card ever.
