    Why was this gamer pic not verified?


    I was just trying to change my profile pic to a Christmas looking pic and It was rejected almost immediately. like there isn't anything wrong with the pic maybe showing some skin but the thing with that is that one of my friends has profile pic that shows
    way more but his was verified. The only other thing I can think of is because they look like children but even then theres nothing sexual. Didn't find a profile option so I selected games and apps on xbox.

    if you are an adult, why not verify and upgrade your account to adult. then you can have a custom gamer pic

    Chaos, One of the reasons why you can't get your 360 gamer pics on your X1 is that the new gamer pics are 1080p (or was it 720p?) and the gamerpics for the 360 are not at either of those resolutions.
