    Why was the Change Microsoft Account feature removed?


    I've been wondering why the ability to change the email associated with an xbox account was removed without having to delete the previous email. I just recently moved out and frankly me and my mom just want my xbox account and her email to be separated without having to delete her email which has been with Microsoft since before I was ever thought of. As stated I don't want to delete my mom's email I just want to transfer my xbox account to my own email and I was wondering why the already in place system to change email was removed and we are forced to either ask to use their email still, or loose the progress us gamers have been building for years as well as not be able to access any of the games we've already purchased digitally

    Why is Microsoft removing these features?

    Xbox is going to be a different machine in a few years: microsoft has understood thst these features have to be added or deleted in a long time.

    Kinect has been completely abbandoned and the dashboard is going to be always more similar to the future series x

    You can use alexa devices with Xbox one now that support for Cortana has been discontinued
