    Want to know why my son is suspended from his xbox live until 2nd november his gamer tag is uk triq scopez some one stole his players from fifa 15 ultimate team start of the week and now he has been suspended all a bit strange

    taken money from my account for years subscription to xbox live

    you have taken 39.99 from my bank account for years subscription to xbox live, however my sons xbox live account is telling him he is banned, dispite calls to xbox suppport and numerous messages on the forum for a valid response nobody is giving my money
    back or advising why my son is banned till 9999 absolute madness please respond to my email address urgently

    People only get banned for legitimate reasons, the most common being cheating and hacking.

    He will have been sent an e-mail explaining why he was banned.

    Personally i would go through all your sons messages and find out what really happened before questioning the ban.

    Microsoft can increase a temporary ban to permanent if they happen across more evidence.
