Why was my refund request denied?

I bought some cod points in modern warfare and I never actually got them. Its been 6 days. i dont want the cod points anymore since i never got them. i want my money back. i also bought points in rogue company that i never got the day before. there were
server issues at the time of my purchase which is most likely the reason why i never received anything. The support team wont help the refund team stopped replying to my emails. What can i do when all of Microsoft refuses to help its customers?
