Why was my refund request denied even though I just bought the game and only played for 10 min

If your refund has been denied, please reply to the email you received informing you of the refund rejection. In your response, explain in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision and why you believe they should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the rejection and to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

In case you haven't received any email informing you of the refund rejection even after 24 hours, and after checking your spam/junk email folder, then I recommend reapplying for the refund using this alternative link:

If your refund is denied again this time, you should now receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they have to communicate this information when the refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, respond to it as I mentioned before.

Second refund request denied for the time period, even though the initial refund was within the allotted time period, and I haven't played the games.

So I checked my playtime and it said ~5 hours, but I find this weird because I truly think that I only played a maximum of 1h30 mins. I believe that it says this because I often left the game open while I was doing other chores and/or eating. And, as explained in my question, I bought the game on the 20th of May and submitted my refund request on the 27th of May. But, the only reason as to why it was denied for passing the time limit of 14 days, was because nobody replied to my request.

Dude, bought dead by daylight, and it didn’t even work. So i sent in a refund request because the game would constantly crash and was essentially unplayable, and they denied my refund request, they didnt even give me a reason for denying it. Because they
wanna keep their stupid $12 for a crappy game that doesn’t even work. Because all they care about is money, not their customers.

Hello, name is John. I literally JUST BOUGHT THE GAME & played it for like 45 min and let it sit for another 30 min while on the toilet and making food. I got DENIED for a REFUND on Battlenet because I had too much playing time(1:11:57) One hour, 11 minutes & 57 sec TOTAL. Apparently, Because CoD sucks so much lately and the sales have been awful, their basically just denying EVERYONE who tries to refund. When I say I literally just bought the game, I mean that, I bought the game around 10 pm, and asked for a refund ticket no later than 15 mins bc i realized I just didnt want the game, would rather get Robocop. So, while i waited on the ticket response, I played a little and watch YouTube games and what do you know. They respond with, TOO MUCH TIME lol what a joke CoD has become!
