    Why was my refund request denied and how can I get someone on the phone?


    Purchased $70 version. Son started playing. Realized he needed the $100 version. I would like to return one and purchase the other. This doesn’t seem possible online and contacting Xbox by phone takes an act of God. I would love some guidance as this has become extraordinarily frustrating. Thank you.

    just as a point of reference, the season pass, I assume that's what he wants, is available outside of the game and the bundles.

    It's quite possible it would even go on sale between now and the time the first DLC comes out

    You can request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us and speak to billing, but they typically do not handle refunds. If your son had already been playing the game for a significant amount of time, that's most likely why the refund was denied.

    He played it for 10 minutes this morning. I tried all the call back avenues and I haven’t been given the option for a call back.

    My son charged almost $600. On my card without my permission.l requested a refund the same day and it was denied. Why?...I really need that money back. Why can't I speak to someone on the phone. What can I do. It doesn't say why it was denied. Roblox? I call the number online. Just a recording for prompt that gets you no where
    If the purchase was for roblox (im assuming virtual currency) then was any of the virtual currency spent? If so that would be one reason a refund being denied. In game currency that has been purchased and spent is non refundable.

    I had requested one but they denied it, despite my lack of receiving my purchase. When I got back on the phone with Microsoft support they said I should have put more information about why I wanted my refund and that’s why they denied it.
