Why was my refund denied?

There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision). Hello CamGDK, unfortunately we have no way of knowing why a refund is approved and others do not.

The refund department is an offline department part of Xbox Support, and we here in the community are independent consultants, with we don't have access to some data like the refund department.

Also is this the same with any app purchase through the MS store? Microsoft would remove itself from the refund process entirely?

I ask as this is not what I've experienced with android app issues, though admittedly this hasn't happened to me often. It has certainly opened my eyes to the level of customer service I should expect from Microsoft in future.

Why do I need to work with the app developer and to what end? After all the app was purchased through the app store not directly with the developer.

How long should I allow the developer to resolve the issue, until they fix the bug in their app? What if they don't ever reply to my concern?

My issue is still unresolved, I have not downloaded these games or spent any time on them, I don’t even play madden. And I unsubscribed my card too. At least remove 2 of the most expensive charges please?
