Why was my refund denied 7 months ago!?

I have Xbox S the games do not work for Xbox S

I have Requested a refund before whitin the 14 day time frame , this was denied, I have requested a refund after and I am Requesting a refund now and I will again after this one gets denied , for all the games I have bought accidentally that I can not play on my Xbox S, I haven't had an Xbox for over ten years, I recently got one and haven't played on my series s for 3 months, because YOU DENIED MY REFUND REQUEST. I did not feel like I want to use your console or service or anything microsoft related. I do not understand why it was Denied, I will keep requesting my refund for every game until it's been refunded.

I have tried to refund multiple times, I have tried a chat, I have tried to contact you by email, I have tried to ask for a Call which does not work!. I have tried to write in the feedback system to get contact.

I Wished I had a PLAYSTATION SO I DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WHIT THIS [mod removed]

I HAVE PAYD MAYBE A FEW HUNDRED FOR GAMES THAT I CAN NOT PLAY!

I DEMAND A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME AND GIVE ME GOOD REASON WHY MY GAMES WERE DENIED FOR A REFUND IN THE FIRST PLACE.

SEVEN MONTHS LATER AND I HAVE NO ANSWER WHAT SO EVER THIS IS AN UNBELIEVABLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I WILL NOT STOP, I WILL JUST COPY AND PASTE THIS MESSAGE ANYWHERE.

I WILL NOT ALLOW FOR A MULTI BILLION INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIKE MICROSOFT TO SCAM A LITTLE GUY LIKE ME!

I already requested a refund and it was denied because I preordered it last month, but the release date wasn't until March 7th. So, while I purchased it a month ago, I wasn't allowed to play it until release date.

In answer to your question there are two options.

You can reply to the email sent regarding your denied refund explaining why you believe you should now be getting a refund, or,
You click this link to create a new request.
