Why was my GT changed?

My previous gamertag was [Mod Removed] which i just changed it to recently, and now for the 3rd time xbox live has forcefully changed my GT making me have to pay another 10$ just to have my name changed for video games. Its a small play on words,
but isnt inappropriate since it is read as "[Mod Removed]". Now it's just becoming really obnoxious with xbox changing my GT every other time so could i at least get a free name change this time because this is ridiculous.

Why are you connecting the Xbox to the soundbar with optical?

Surely you should go Sky>HDMI>Xbox>Soundbar>HDMI>TV?

Sorry to hear it. I can see your point and I read the tag as master debater. However, there is also another connotation involved in that specific wording which the PET probably took into account. There are two sides to every coin in respect to the tag
you chose.

However, your best bet here would be to open a case review at the following link so you can discuss it with the PET.

[Mod Removed] wouldnt even be inappropriate. if it was
[Mod Removed] i could see it being banned, but this is not the case.
[Mod Removed] might sounds funny, but it doesnt imply anything sexual. it means im the master at debating. Anybody taking this as a sexual joke is just thinking too far into it.

 

It was probably Banned for sounding like masturbating there is nothing you can do and when GT gets banned you have to remake a new one before you can go online there is nothing you can do that i know of. Hope this answers your question. - Xbox

I have seen so many gamertags with sexual or drug related jokes still. but my GT is the only one ive seen changed recently, and it happens fast. It seems like The PET just dislike me so they change my GT at the slightest intimation of an inappropriate tag
as soon as they see it. and it seems as though they check often.

 

It is because it has been reported a lot and the enforcement team took a look they don't just look at every gamertag it has to be reported a couple times for it to be flagged

I would do what the other ambassador said and i thought it gave you a free name to use?

 

@Burned Vision - You only get one free name change when you first make your profile and get given a random GT.

 

Just fyi,it only takes ONE report for the enforcement team to look into it,not many or a couple.

I spoke to a member of support and they agreed with me that its not inapproriate. maybe the person who banned it was in a bad mood or something.

 

Unfortunately enforcement actions are not in the realm of what support handles. You'll need to open a case review at the link I provided above.
