why was my gamertag force changed?

my gamertag was [Mod Removed] and it was forced changed and need to know why. i barely even play my xbox one at all.

Why? TrueLemon407 is not offensive in any way. Now Microsoft wants to charge me $9.99 to change my gamertag.

I want my gamertag back, or I want a new one. And I didn't change it in the first place so I shouldn't have to pay to change it.

i already tried that. It only shows two suspensions on my account that date back may and july for communication and are completed. none of that matters im trying to figure out why my gamertag was forced changed. I dont see how the gamertag
[Mod Removed] is offensive at all.
