Why was my gamer picture removed?

Hello everyone! This is my first post so excuse me if this isn't the right place to ask this subject.

Now, my issue is that yesterday (first I'm going to give you a brief explanation about why this may have happened then I'll talk about the picture itself) there was a guy angry at me (spamming me with a clip showing me how I killed him) and saying I was using hacks and whatnot. This is BF1 and I was on Xbox series X, and afaik there are no "hacks" (like aimbot, wallhacks, so on and so forth) on Xbox series X nor Xbox one (There was in the Xbox 360 era, but come on, I didn't cheat back then, plus that was a long time ago, so it's irrelevant).

Now, apparently the guy reported me for cheating and for my gamer picture, and this morning when I check my profile on the Xbox app I noticed that my gamer picture was changed and I received an email from the enforcement team saying that it was inappropriate. So can anyone tell me what's inappropriate in the following image?

No worries, I'm actually not looking for a suspension removal (if that makes sense) because I'm aware that nothing can be done (at least on this forum anyways) after the suspension was/is issued.

That's the suspension details, as you can see it isn't very clear. And if I'm fully honest I kind of doubt it's an actual person that suspended me, I feel it's like an automatic system or something of the like (pardon my ignorance if what I'm saying is nonsense). Because let's be real, I'm not promoting gun use nor anything, the gun that the character (Joker) is holding is just part of the art (if you feel me), and that's his essence.

Anyways, tomorrow morning will be the end of the suspension (I just wanted to know a reason as to why I was suspended that way I can avoid doing it again).

If the pic was only now just been reported that is why you could of had it for a year before it was removed..

Only certain words trigger a automatic suspension,everything else,including gamer pictures, are investigated by a person before any action is taken.

You are right though,they should be clearer when giving the actual reason.

Thanks for your reply Daft Badger. It's a shame, if only the "enforcement details" were a bit more clear it wouldn't generate confusion in the first place. Tbh I kind of doubt it's the gun because I've been with this gamer picture since like around a year and nothing ever happened until this morning.

I'm really sorry if you have to deal with that kind of issue today, before we get started I just would like you to know that we wont be able to undo changes that has been made by the Enforcement team since they are a dedicated support so if the account is indeed banned or suspended, the only thing that we can do is to give you directions. They normally do an investigation first and if proven that you violated something that's the time that they'll put some Enforcement actions in the account. We really can't speculate the reason why.

By the way, to find out if you’re eligible for a Case Review or Restoration, kindly go to enforcement.xbox.com and sign in with the account that received a suspension. In most cases, 24 hour suspension are not being given an option to submit a case review.
