    Why was my gamer picture deemed not appropriate


    ive had the same profile picture for a while and i just got enforcement notice that prevents me from changing anything on my profile. My gamer picture didnt violate any of their friggen rules and i still get a ban, m super pissed at microsoft and xbox lately
    as their service has only been getting worse for me with more unresolved issues or being sent in a loop from person to person only to find they cant do anything

    Banned unfairly

    my accounts been banned for an inappropriate gamer picture that Xbox live let on the Xbox live market! Now I've been banned! I downloaded the pic from iron bru off the xbl market a few years ago!!! Must have been deemed appropriate for it to be on the market
    so why am I banned for using something that Xbox provided!?

    My gamer picture, the Soviet leader during world war 2, was deemed inappropriate and banned. Joseph Stalin is an important historical figure and the reason the Allies won world war 2. I do not see how he was deemed inappropriate and I would like a reasoning
    or him back as my gamer picture.

    I would also like to add I've had this picture 2 and a half months with no problems. And there are people with furry, weaboo, and offensive pictures that don't get banned. Xbox has a become a cesspool of all forms of inappropriate content, pictures, and
    toxicity, but my historical figure gets banned.

    someone also has to submit a report. Xbox does not just review all of the gamer pics...only if someone reports them to enforcement for some reason.

    So Joseph Stalin falls under your bolded definitions and gets banned but yet Bernie Sanders, Donald Trump, Chairman Mao, Robert E. Lee and countless other important people or celebrities I've seen that fall under it don't? They fit that definition exactly
    also and are extremely controversial. So unless you can explain why those aren't banned Stalin shouldn't be.
