Why was my game refunded?

I had bought fallout 76 in September and just tonight around 7:30pm, I went to check my fallout and it said that my purchase had been refunded?? Why? And where's the money that was supposed to have been put back in my account? If any xbox support see this
please help.

Why is my Game not showing?

I redeemed a free game (Call of Duty Black Ops II) on my PC. It said "success". The problem is i don't see it either on my PC or my Console! Can anyone please explain what happened. Thanks.

Why is my game corrupt?

So I recovered my old account onto my Xbox ( Which is now in a different region ) today to get back some of my old games I downloaded, so I plugged in my External HDD and started downloading World at War. When it was finished I went to Game Library to play
it, but it wasn't there so I went to system settings then memory and checked to see if I had actually downloaded it, I had but it said Unknown then Corrupted Game. Thinking it was a HDD problem I unplugged My HDD plugged it back in and Downloaded Doom 2 trial,
it worked perfectly so I thought something might have gone wrong during the download I tried to re-download it, only to find it corrupted again ( I think it must havs something to do with the region ).

I would really appreciate it if someone would help me with this, I'm really stuck.

You would need to contact support and speak to billing for information on why it was cancelled. Contact Us | Xbox Support

Keep in mind that if you paid with a credit card or Paypal you are not charged until about 10 days before the game releases. So if there were not enough funds to charge you, the transaction would have been cancelled. If the order was cancelled because of
payment issues, you wouldn't have been charged so you would have a refund.

I apologize but just a friendly reminder that for refund concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the refund team. There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision). I recieved my refund, but the developer (Gaijin) has banned me from the in game market for recieving it. Is microsoft aware of this, and why was my refund approved if the game developer will ban players who recieve them? Please research this issue.
