why was my dvr removed

Ok so I created a dvr of me playing the guitar and singing. I did title the upload Damn Beers And Guitars. It is the title to a song that I wrote I did not use any profanity in my lyrics at all. In fact I didn't even use the word beer or drugs at all or
was there any beer or drugs being used in the video. There was an enforcement action taken against me and my video was removed. I checked my email and it doesn't tell me much just that an enforcement action was taken and to go to enforcement.xbox.com which
I did. When I check the enforcement action taken against me it just lists the three different types of bans for such an offense. This is unfair and not cool. Who do I talk to try and get this video put back up. Again there was no nudity, swearing or vulgar
language. This is uncool and unfair. Artist on groove or various music videos on xbox live are allowed to use these words to promote there videos but I'm not. Who do I talk to. Any and all advise is welcome thank you.

System won't stop recording clips

I have it unchecked like you said but it still records game clips when I rank up on bf4 etc. I just don't understand why they removed the option to disable auto dvr recording. Btw I don't use kinect either.

I can't go full screen.

When I go to my games and apps and press start on Game DVR I can only select pin to home or help.

When I go to my dashboard and go to the pin and press start it only shows remove pin or move pin.

Tried to open dvr straight after xbox started up and it opens settings and game dvr as a snap

With IPTV and cloud-based DVR functions on the horizon, why would you need a tuner in the box... or archaic DVR functions to record to the hard drive?

Sadly no, I looked through my clips so many times and its just gone. And idk if its just on my end but the older clips so from more then a year ago never play, they are just stuck on loading. I'm not sure which quality it was recorded at, oddly enough
that is the only missing clip from MCC, I still record clips from the game and my clips go all the way back to late 2015 for that game.
