Why was my appeal denied?

Recently I sent out an appeal because I got banned from a clip I took on my Xbox Series S. It was a GTA clip, and I was going to cut out the things that I didn't want in there, and for good reason. But I took the clip at around 1 in the morning and I was too tired to do it at that point to save it to my phone, delete the clip, and cut the stuff out, so I was banned for three days. I now have three strikes out of eight and think that I should at least know why it was denied. I was not given any response, but just straight denial. I would like to know if anyone that works at Microsoft would let me know why it was denied and if that may be changed.
