    I would like to know why my account has been suspended. I have had this console for 9 days and I am suspended for swearing despite the fact i have NEVER spoke to anyone outside a private chat with friends. My account is

    Either Bio. Or Asking someone for microsoft points for xbox live favors. idk, something against code of conduct. not all things have to be mod related.

    It could very well have been a friend who reported you. Enforcement investigates very thoroughly before administering any penalties.

    My account is currently suspended and I would love to know why. My son normally plays on my account but he was ill for more that a week and didn't really play xbox. I played some xbox in the week but not to much. I would like to understand why the account was suspended. It is the 2nd time this month that it's suspended without a given reason.     If you're account was banned/suspended, check your email, the Enforcement Team always sends one to let you know why.
