    Why Was My Account Banned?


    Hello, my account named GuidingRanger48 got permanently banned without explanation. It got banned 2 years ago and ever since then i have been trying to find out why. I don’t know what i did wrong. Me and my Dad shared the same account so it might have been him, or it might have been me, i don’t know. Please tell me why it was banned.

    No my account was hacked and it was registered to my console and when my account was stolen my console was registered to that account and that why i was banned and my console was only temp banned

    Yes, my other account was banned. But the problem is that after I got banned, I was still able to use the things that I had purchased on my banned account. So why not on this new console?

    My account that was banned, was new, I dont understand why it was banned, this is ridiculous, support team said no un-authorization was made to the account, if that's the case, then why was it banned, I didn't do anything but play games....and I was literitly
    signed off my console from another console the day it was banned...

    If nothing can be done, and I cannot get my account back, I guess I have to watch out for my other new account to be banned too since I didn't do anything.. right ?
