    Why was my account banned for this?


    Hi my account was banned for a looking for group post that said "Final encounter Ron getting chest Kwtd have clears need 1" how is this a bannable offense? This is so unbelievably frustrating on so many levels. As someone who even follows the rules and community guidelines, do I have to live in fear that if I post for my raid I could get banned?

    No my account was hacked and it was registered to my console and when my account was stolen my console was registered to that account and that why i was banned and my console was only temp banned

    Yes, my other account was banned. But the problem is that after I got banned, I was still able to use the things that I had purchased on my banned account. So why not on this new console?

    My account that was banned, was new, I dont understand why it was banned, this is ridiculous, support team said no un-authorization was made to the account, if that's the case, then why was it banned, I didn't do anything but play games....and I was literitly
    signed off my console from another console the day it was banned...

    If nothing can be done, and I cannot get my account back, I guess I have to watch out for my other new account to be banned too since I didn't do anything.. right ?
