Why was I suspended?

Hi, my name is Ricardo and I was suspended for one day. The reason I was suspended was because I was "cheating" while I was not. The player who reported me, after being stressed After losing one M.O.A.B. You suspended me, I was not using cheating, without
grounds and I have proof of my innocence.

Why did I wait

This game is on my Christmas list; I'm really hoping to see it under the tree on Christmas morning. I haven't played a Forza game in a long, long time, but they're awesome games. I'm really glad to see one on the new console.

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

• Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
  
• Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
  
• Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
  
• Hacking, Modding or Cheating
  
• Marketplace theft
  

If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.
