Why was I suspended?

These are my gamertags what's been suspended pzcho touchhh and Xdk modz xx and I go search for a lobby then I get put in hacked lobby but I didnt know that it was hack lobby so when I killed someone all my ranks when up extremely high so I left. Then when
I come back online whith 3 month member ship and 15 xbox live points it came saying suspended for 2weeks then that really broke my heart then didn't know to do for the rest of the day please unsuspend me it wasn't my folt It was the hacker but I dont know
his gamertag so you microsft can give him a warnig or something so he learns to not ruin the game for othe people. Please un ban your sincerly ariean.

Why did I wait

This game is on my Christmas list; I'm really hoping to see it under the tree on Christmas morning. I haven't played a Forza game in a long, long time, but they're awesome games. I'm really glad to see one on the new console.

Having a gamertag with "modz" in it will always attract microsofts attention.

You will not get either account unbanned, just think yourself lucky that microsoft have stop caring about modders by now only giving 2 week bans.

I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account
at https://enforcement.xbox.com

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
Hacking, Modding or Cheating
Marketplace theft

If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.
