why was i suspended for something i didnt do

i was repoted for apparently swearing which i dont do i find it disrespectful and it did happen 8 of my friends have or had my account plz help me solve this cause i dont swear or threaten anyone

I WAS SUSPENDED FOR SOMETHINg I DIDNT DO!!!!

But i didnt want the money i tried to get rid of the money and this is the first time i've ever gotten in trouble with microsoft i didnt mod it myself it just went straight into to my bank from a modder it didnt tell me who gave me the money can u please
unsuspend my account i turned off my xbox when it went into my bank

You should receive an email addressed to the email account associated with the gamer tag that received the ban/suspension from Microsoft/Xbox telling you why you were banned. To check your enforcement history, you can go

here just make sure to sign in with the affected account.

If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned.
