Why was I suspended for my gamerpic?

I was banned for my gamerpic for a day. The gamerpic I used is the one shown below. Ive used this pic for 3 months with no issue, and i dont know why i got a suspendion. I cant even appeal it because the ban is so short. And the worst part is that this ban stays on the record i believe. I wanna know why i got suspended for this photo.

You would have to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information regarding the suspension. The enforcement team do not use the forums.

i am still able to change my fusing gamerpic. but i’ve been suspended and restricted from changing my gamerpic. idc if i’m able to change it or whatever but why does this mean i can’t play online or talk to friends. also all i did was change my picture to many times, it was inappropriate.

What julosjc mentioned could be a reason you are unable to change your custom profile pic, but the more likely reason is that Xbox has temporarily suspended the ability of users to change their custom gamerpics. You can go to beta.support.xbox.com for more

Yes I understand xbox support can't do anything only people who can is the enforcement team who people can't get in contact with. But my main question is if someone gets voice communication suspended because of a gamepic and it was not removed is it really because of the gamerpic? Also when did the enforcement team stop doing gamerpic suspensions? Normally if it's because of your gamerpic you get gamerpic suspended not communication suspended. Another thing is how they spammed my account with 12 or 9 4day suspension until it reached 8days. I hear the more suspensions you have on your account the worse the punishment and its a possibility of a permanent ban. So for them to add all them active suspensions to my account kinda have me thinking next time it's going to be permanent over a gamerpic that there is nothing wrong with out of all things.
