    I was trying to put up a post asking for a giftcard nit knowing that it was against the rules and then after a few attempts i got suspended even though others had done it before and it was for 7 days and i am still on it, i am a nice guy and got suspended
    once for making a joke to a friend that i never knew what the word meant really at that point and one like years ago which i now really regret and my suspension ends 1 day before my birthday meaning i now cannot hear my friends or talk to them and i can only
    do the question which i get a few correct then get just a single question wrong each time i try and literally think if my friends before thinking of myself because i am not selfish unlike what how unfair the questions are even to someone like me who is very
    honest about alot of things and i just wanna know why they made it so hard and why they are so strict and like someone said thst your account us a paid account which means if you hafta wait a while to talk or make posts then that just ruins xbox for you and
    did not know that it is bad to ask for giftcards on stuff like posts and only knew when my mum told me whenni told her that i git suspended

    Xbox console says my account is permanently banned, the enforcement website says its a 14 day ban.

    But why are we being suspended in the 1st place. People pay for a service and can’t use it for minimum of 7 days due to a Microsoft technical glitch.
