Why was I randomly console suspended for a month

You can find information about device bans at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/xbox-live-device-bans but there's no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them. The enforcement site will only have information regarding account suspensions/bans which is why console bans are not shown there.

I'm not sure what is happening but seems like a lot of players (myself included) are getting randomly suspended. I can't even get an answer as to why/what game caused mine.

If you don't see a listing of the issue on your account at https://enforcement.xbox.com then that could be due to two reasons.

1. You've been suspended only from that specific game which would mean that you would need to contact their support service specifically to find out the reason.

2. If you're under 18 or the age of majority in your country then that would mean that the parent account would be able to see the reason and submit a case review regarding the suspension.

That is odd, thanks for the info though. What I would recommend from here then would be to contact support via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate when you get to a fellow gamer. They wouldn't be able to help if it is an enforcement action but should be able to let you know for sure what's going on.
