    Why was I not offered the $75 bonus for upgrading to an Xbox One?


    I see that many loyal xbox 360 subscribers are being offered a $75 bonus if they upgrade to an Xbox One. I am curious as to why I wasn't offered this since I have been a subscriber for 8 years and have purchased 2 consoles personally (Release day Pro
    and a newer slim) and have 2 more in my house. I feel betrayed to a degree that you are offering these to random people who have far less history and some of us veterans of Microsoft consoles.

    So i see ppl got 75$ bonus when they bought there xbox 1 before and after me and get shafted lol. Why so. Because i wasnt chosen weird.

    I haven't received a code either, and when I contacted Xbox support they had no clue what the promotion was or how it is being offered. Really makes me want to switch to a PS4 instead.

    Yeah I kind of want to at this point. If they won't even offer this to the loyal consumers then why should I bother to keep buying their product? It's a shame because I was about to go buy a Xbox one within the coming days but will wait for the PS4 price

    According to what I've read around the forums...you'll get it by August 15th providing you've met all the requirements and done what you need to do.

    @xTye - you should read the original post before replying (lol). The OP was asking why he never received the ad on the console.

    @OP - please realize that this offer was random only. No specific person was targeted based on length of service or how much they purchased in the past. If you didn't receive the offer this time perhaps you'll be included in their next promotion.
