    For as long as I have had Xbox Live for the past 5 years I have never been placed in a promotional offer, and this is the question I'm asking the nice people over at Xbox today.

    Hi, I have recently saw the upgrade promotion given to users upgrading from and Xbox 360 to and Xbox One, and i have already purchased an Xbox One and put about $760 into the console. I see this promotion now and was wondering the if the nice people
    at Xbox can help out a long customer and Xbox Ambassador. I would really appreciate if you could help me out and reward a long living Xbox customer.

    Why was I not included?

    Long living customer? I've had the same account for almost 10 years now, I bought my 360 day one, and this promotion is intended to incentivize people to purchase the Xbox one. Yet I never received a code, so I wonder what the criteria is. Perhaps it's for
    people that have automatic xbox live gold renewal. I usually just purchase the xbox live cards.

    See my post from Xbox live support. They're "raffling" off promotions througout the month. I think they were probably given $X dollars and so they made it random chance for the pool of people that met their criteria.

  7. its stupid they don't reward long time customers, i guess the excessive money i sent on Xbox doesn't matter!
