Why was I banned from playing online?

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account.
We recommend to appeal the decision made by the enforcement team. This can be done by submitting a case review. The decisions
are made and upheld by the enforcement team. If you do not see a suspension on your Microsoft account, we suggest checking with the developer since some of them issue in-game bans. We hope this helps!

Sorry to hear about the suspension. It's possible you can submit a
Case Review as mentioned previously, but with it being a 24 hour ban you may not hear back from them until your ban is already up.

I would also look into contacting Psyonix customer support, they have been the ones to issue the ban.

You can appeal your suspension, if it's for over 24 hours, by visiting this page:

Game developers also have the right to ban players, if they feel the need to. Please familiarise yourself with the contents of

this page, in case it happens again. The following, is taken from the Xbox Support article:

"Game developers have the ability to build game-specific security into their titles and enforce their community policies independent of the greater Xbox Live system. This is often true for games that feature extensive player-created content or have robust
and active online communities. Since every game is different, the method by which you are notified of a game ban varies by developer.

Game-specific bans fall outside the scope of Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement, and XBLPET and Xbox Support cannot provide insight into game-specific enforcement actions. For specific information about a game ban, please contact the appropriate developer

It sounds like it's an in-game ban and not a ban from Microsoft. If that's the case you would need to reach out to Roblox for information about your suspension.

If it is a suspension from Microsoft, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why.
