    ok so I got banned twice this week!! The first I assume for sending a msg that read "your a camping ***" and I realize that may have gotten me a 3 day suspention even tho I'm not sure if that's what it was. This second ban till the 8th I have no idea why
    I'm being banned again if you can look at my msg I have only sent one after my original ban was lifted. That msg read "will ya'll please help me with my nades quest" and if that was misread nades is short for Granades so I don't know why I'm banned again!!!
    Gamer tag is "Threestar brute" I tried to have my case reviewed and I read the policies and when I click agree it doesn't take me to another page to confirm I asked for a review. Please look into this I'll have lost 4000 hours on my game yes 4000 hours of
    this account is compromise. 18004my Xbox assured me it's only temporary but id still like the ban lifted as I know I didn't say or do anything offensive.     It doesn't matter if you're messaging friends, if the messages include anything that violates the code of conduct, the enforcement team can suspend you for it.

    The enforcement team investigates complaints before issuing suspensions/bans. They will only issue one if they notice you've done something to violate the code of conduct, not just because you had a lot of complaints. You can have a million complaints filed
    on you and not get suspended. So it wouldn't be because you were mass reported.
