Why was I banned for nothing?

I got permanently suspended today for no reason at all. I don’t know why Microsoft has done this to me as I haven’t done nothing or said anything to anyone so it very concerning why they have done this. I am wondering why this has happened but I think may be because of the argument I had with some people online and a not very words have been exchanged between us resulting in a 2 day ban with 2 strikes on my profile. I feel like one of the three people I have had this argument with has to decided to report my account in a way to get it permanently suspended and I feel like the Xbox safety team has not put much effort in reviewing my appeal on the permanent suspension as I have not been using my Xbox account for a few days since the incident so I would like to know why and how this has as it does seem fair that me having an argument then getting banned for 2 days leads to a permanent suspension on my account. So I would like for this to be moved to a NON permanent suspension or if they don’t that I would like to have all the money I have spent on Xbox game pass and on games to be refunded back to me because this unacceptable for why they have done this
