Why was I banned but the person harassing me with party invites and sent me a message wasnt?

Yesterday I was playing R6 since I haven't played since last year, and my first game QP was okay up until one of my teammates spammed me party invites. Knowing the community, I did not accept the invite since I knew it was either to harass me or dox me. I reported the invites since they were spamming me. They spammed me about 6+ party invites and by the end of the game they sent me a message saying "fix your aim". So of course, I was annoyed since it was my first game in a while. I said [mod removed]. I believe they got hurt by this? Because he proceeds to say "GET BANNED" and I got a suspension for 4 days. Which kinda sucks. And I check my emails and I got one from the "Xbox Saftey Case Review" and said that I was "Pornoghrapic roleplaying / sexual conversation". Which makes 0 sense.

I'm just a little frustrated with this since the person who did harass me did not receive a ban too.

As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action as well. Words can easily be filtered and action taken quicker, but it doesn't mean they won't issue a suspension for the other person.

on my situation i never sent a message to someone first. the person that probably sent the ban on me message me first and i replied. i been on xbox live for a long time ever since xbox went live and never been ban. what i dont understand is why ban someone
without investigating both sides instead of reading what i put and then make a decision. i never bullyed nobody and istay on the mic with my friends. for someone to be paying for xbox i dont understand why one person's report i get a ban. i didnt even get
what message i was ban for and why. all im asking for is if you investigating see why this happened and not take action. im 33 years old and dont bother nobody on live but people i know and if something was said it was because the other party not me. i do
not go texting people or inviting them to parties to talk. all im asking for is a fair judgment read what the other people sent.

I don't even see how that is worthy of a 14 day suspension anyways? Especially when it's just an abbreviation and I'm just defending myself from someone who has a booter trying to pull my IP. The person was clearly harassing me and when I went to block
him he just sent me party invites and messages on other accounts.

So the decision was upheld and the reason is i reported a persons messages to much. Just to be clear i didnt report one message over and over agin the players continuously messaged me and mocked me about being banned and the person is the buddy of the person
who got me banned. So i got banned for harassment because i was reporting the person who was harassing me while i was still communication banned.
