    Why was i banned?

    "The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:

    - offering to trade Xbox LIVE or in-game services for Microsoft Points or money"

    It doesn't say SCAMMING. It says TRADE.

    " I was selling legit codes i got from a rewards program on a site."

    Selling is TRADING. You were trading your "Legit codes" and you got banned for it. Simple as that.

    Read the E-mail a few more times before posting here next time. Thanks.

    Why was i banned?

    What is total BS is that you don't understand what you did wrong. You know why you got banned and frankly i'm sure there isn't a GD thing you can do about it. Especially with that attitude.

    For information about your suspension you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com    . Investigations do take time, so the suspension s could be for things that happened weeks or months ago. Multiple enfractions can result in a permanent ban.
    I have been to that link a hundred times and all it says is that I "violated terms and conditions". I just don't see how you could ban be twice for the same thing.

    how about me I get banned all the time cause I have the white hat on rocket league. I have over 100 messages saying I'm being reported for not giving it to them. So I called corporate then after I called I get an email that says the more I complain the longer
    my ban will be and just cause it says November 15 doesn't mean they will release it. And then out of nowhere no message email or anything I'm kicked out of online play and it says do something else. Good thing I made copies of the messages and email cause
    my uncle is a lawyer in my town and we have opened a civil case for 1 dollar just so Microsoft can see why so many people switch to sony
    it needs sorting out mate, i had an xbox 360 however moved to a ps3 because of prices and decided to get the ps4 had no problems just the games werent for me so i got an xbox one this year and have been banned twice in 2months. Sonys community is way better
    and they dont use half the crap that microsoft uses to 'make it better'.
