    I have not been on for 3 months my friend had my account only for april 3-29 2014 Please answer plus i never been suspended. so This is jus crazy i might contact my mom she a lawyer this the 3rd time this happen'd Contact me at

    I`ve got to agree with Smwutches on this one. You are going to have to take this up at 09 - Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans they deal with Inquiries about account suspensions, forced Gamertag changes, console bans, and other
    enforcement actions.

    There is nothing anyone can do about it here.

    I`d also like to include what Smwutches was referring to, The Xbox Live
    Code of Conduct outlines the rules that you need to follow to help ensure that Xbox.com, Xbox Live, and Games for Windows Live are fun for everyone. You can read more about it by

    If you're having trouble with this kind of stuff, delete the DLC and try re-installing it. If you're playing the game while you have installed it, quit your current in-game session and restart.

    When I view your banned account here on the forums it shows that you were Gamer Score Reset and that you had offensive content in your profile fields. If that was not your first incident with gamer score then the next time you
    are caught it is a permanent account ban from XBL. If it was your first incident then it could have been a combination of that along with your profile content (depending on the severity of it) would have warranted a permanent ban.



    Of course I'm just guessing. The only people who know for sure are the ones who took action on that account in the first place, the XBL PET. And they can only be reached two ways:



    -through the file a complaint tool on your console

    -if you have an account suspension/ban issue not related to billing then you would need to post in the above linked forum
