Why wait to give out suspensions

I have recently been suspended for things that happened about a year ago why not give the suspension as soon as the problem occurs instead of waiting and letting things pile up

Because not all violations are discovered at the time they happened.

I apologize but this may mean that we need to wait for the suspension to end.

Were you able to check if you can file a case review?

Awfully disorganized for a billion dollar company

it definitely feel like something need to happen with the organization here

It’s just stupid how it can take years for a suspension to finally go through.

to go back and suspend someone for something that happened a very long time ago seems petty.

because the AI they use has gone doolally. most of the bans are incorrect but as they are between 2 and 3 day bans and lots of them you cannot submit a review, about time that enforcement team owned up to the fact that the majority of these bans are false and apologise and potentially refund all the lost time and remove the bans from people records, i know some bans are legit but an overwhelming majority are false due to the AI not working as it should.
